Forum: forums Subject: FTP items upload does not work

Hi,

I'm trying to upload a dump of the public files of the OpenNI.org depth camera project (http://www.openni.org) since it has been acquired and urges all users to download everything useful to them now as their software will soon be abandonware and they will shut down their servers.

I'm trying the FTP upload; it says:

"Use your Archive username, [myemail], and password to connect to the server. You should see a subdirectory named "OpenNI.org-website-dump-before-shutdown" (if you don't see this subdirectory, you may have logged into the wrong server!)."

This doesn't work, when I connect to the host, there is just an empty root ("/") directory.

Creating the directory myself doesn't work either; when clicking the check-in link, I get:

"Checking item dir...
No files appear to have been FTP uploaded.
Did you FTP upload to subdirectory "OpenNI.org-website-dump-before-shutdown" on server "items-uploads.archive.org"?"
